A Number for the Coney Island Acquisition?

Dear Client: The Boston Business Journal yesterday put a number on the summer's Alchemy and Science/Coney Island deal: $2.9 million. Boston doesn't comment on individual financial transactions, but that number probably wasn't hard to back into via Boston's recently filed 10Q, or the SEC-required financial cash flow statement, which comes close to the Journal's number with its listing of $2.75 million toward acquisitions for the quarter Boston reported on earlier this week.
