A-B/CBA Deal Cleared by DOJ; Closing Expected in Weeks

Dear Client:  Hot off the presses: After almost a year since Anheuser-Busch said it would buy the rest of Craft Brew Alliance, beyond its existing 31% stake, the companies have just announced an agreement with the United States DOJ that they're calling "an important next step toward the closing of the proposed expanded partnership between CBA and A‑B."  Closing of the combination is expected "in the coming weeks."  "In connection with the closing, CBA shareholders will receive $16.50 in cash
