Dear Client:When Firestone Walker completed its last expansion in 2013 to take the Paso Robles, California, facility to a 300,000-barrel limit, the company thought capacity constraints wouldn't apply until at least 2018. Yet, here they are, two years later, approaching capacity. Firestone put out 150,000 barrels in 2013, tacked on another 50,000 last year and they're on track to hit about 270,000 barrels this year.
