As I've been making the yearly Spring tour of brewery/distributor meetings -- always incognito in the back with sunglasses and a cap -- one common thread has emerged: Brewers are wild about Buffalo Wild Wings, the leading on-premise beer chain in the universe. Not one brewer/importer CEO has failed to mention the importance of this chain for beer on-premise.
