California AG Pushes Back on MillerCoors Agreement

Dear Client:You will no doubt recall that back in November last year, the California ABC expressed concern that MillerCoors distributor agreement had legal issues and could possibly place California beer distributors' licenses at risk. Now the plot thickens.In April MillerCoors representatives met with the California Attorney General's office to go over problematic parts of the agreement. After that meeting, MillerCoors made some minor concessions as to how to interpret certain parts of the agreement, to wit: approval of the business
