Breaking: Reyes Buying South Florida’s Gold Coast

Dear Client:Reyes Beverage Group is announcing an agreement to acquire 20-year-old Gold Coast Beverage Distributors (and assets) of South Florida. The transaction is anticipated to close in January. Financial details were not disclosed. It's thought to be the biggest distributor deal in history. Gold Coast Beverage Distributors distributes over 27 million cases of beer to more than 10,600 licensed retailers across the Counties of Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach from warehouses in Pompano Beach, Doral, Homestead and Rockland Key.Reyes
