Andrews to Buy Coors of Fort Worth

February 11, 2014Dear Client: Andrews Distributing, blue-silver in Dallas and Corpus Christi, has a deal to buy 5 million case Coors of Forth Worth, Larry Anfin's outfit. The deal was announced to employees this morning. Terms were not disclosed but word on the street is it was a pretty penny. Coors of Fort Worth is a legacy Coors distributor but also includes Boston Beer, Tecate, Pabst, local craft brewer Rahr and some legacy Inbev brands, among others. More tomorrow.... Until
