Boston Beer CEO Dave Burwick Retiring; Nike Vet/Boston Lead Director Michael Spillane to Succeed

Dear Client: Boston Beer is announcing that president and CEO Dave Burwick will retire April 1, with Boston Beer Company lead director Michael Spillane to take his place at that time. Michael had been a Boston board member since 2016, and lead director since last summer; he will begin the onboarding process March 4.  Dave, who has been CEO of Boston since 2018 (see our timeline below), has also been on Boston Beer's Board since 2005. (He will also retire
