Dear Client: As reported extensively here, the Wyden Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform Act brings together certain aspects of both the BI's FAIR BEER Act and the small brewers BA's BREW Act. (It's necessary to capitalize the names of Congressional bills for some reason, as if by capitalizing them it gives them a better chance of being passed, although neither of these bills had a snowball's chance in hell of being passed).
