Dear Client: Reyes Beer Division announced this morning that it has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Central Texas distributorship, Captiol Wright Distributing. RBD will operate the business as Capital Reyes Distributing, L.L.C. and maintain the distribution facility in Manor, Texas.
