Why Yard House Won’t Stop Adding Complexity

Dear Client:Yard House, one of the biggest on-premise beer accounts in the nation, is expanding their new and local offerings. Again.Last year we reported that Yard House added more than 1,500 new beers across its system in a major draft menu overhaul.It's part of their yearly Beer Review. The latest such overhaul has recently been completed: It will see more than 25 new brews at each Yard House location. They've changed nearly 2,000 taps out, nationwide.We asked beverage director Greg
