Dear Client:The legislative fight that is heating up down here in Texas is indicative of the strange bed-fellows different factions of the beer business are making these days.At issue is a fairly recent state law which allows craft brewers that sell under 225k barrels a year in total to be allowed to sell up to 5k barrels in their taprooms. However, that law, passed four years ago, does not explicitly specify whether those are local taproom barrels or not --
