What Happens to Labatt USA?

You will no doubt recall that Labatt USA, the U.S. importer for Labatt brands owned by A-B InBev, is on the block after the Department of Justice made its sale a condition of approving the acquisition of A-B by InBev. In addition, whoever buys the brands will have to arrange for brewing it before the three year grace period is up (although whoever ends up with LUSA may attempt to appeal this part of the DOJ's decision, we hear).
