Dear Client:Last week you'll recall (see BBD 07-15-2014 ) MillerCoors sales chief Ed McBrien sent a memo to distributors outlining their "Comprehensive On-Premise Strategy" which detailed a seven point strategy to improve off-premise beer sales, including holding the line on premium light draught pricing.
