Was it a Draw, or a Rout?

My assessment yesterday that the Supreme Court oral arguments between the wineries and the states were a draw has since come into question from virtually every other news outlet. From the New York Times to the WSJ, the consensus is that it is was a rout and that the winery interests walloped the distributor interests.
