Dear Client: It’s rare these days for a global beer supplier to single out U.S. performance as a standout. But yesterday in Anheuser-Busch InBev’s second quarter earnings, the U.S. was exactly that: front and center. (Of course, softness elsewhere for ABI in the quarter – including China and Brazil, where volumes dropped 7.4% and 9%, respectively – likely helped shift the spotlight stateside.
