I bet you've never heard a federal judge say that before. Lizard commercials, stickers, queen of carbs..is it the circus or a hearing? It's pretty serious business, actually.U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman granted a preliminary injunction Friday evening, ordering Anheuser-Busch to cease referring to Miller Brewing Co. as "owned by South African Breweries," since he found that statement to be "literally false", since there is no longer an entity called South African Breweries.After much quibbling between Miller and A-B attorneys
