Just before the bell struck midnight St. Louis time on Sunday night, Anheuser-Busch and InBev sent out a press release confirming that A-B has sold to InBev for $70 a share or $52 billion. The new company, as reported earlier, will be called Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI).
