San Antonio’s Silver Eagle Beverages Agrees on Sale to Sunkey Beverage Holdings

Dear Client:  More breaking news: It's long been rumored in our part of the woods, and now it's official: San Antonio-based giant A-B/Constellation wholesaler, 16 million-case wholesaler Silver Eagle Beverages, has signed an acquisition agreement to sell to Sunkey Beverage Holdings. The deal includes Silver Eagle's business activities in Bexar county and "extends over 12 additional counties in southwest Texas."  Sunkey is an outfit run by past A-B wholesaler chair Tim Mitchell and his family that is anchored by Suncoast
