But that hasn't stopped Reyes Holdings, the country's largest beer distributor. Through their Premium Distributors of Virginia outfit, it has an agreement to acquire Fredericksburg Distributing Company, a 2.5 million case equiv blue-silver distributor (and Crown-Diageo-Sam-HUSA-mikes-pbr-Yuengling), in Fredericksburg Virginia. The deal adds overlapping territory in four of Premium's current counties, while extending Premium's footprint into 14 contiguous counties
