Reyes Keeping Up Acquisition TrainReyes Holdings, the eponymous Chicago-based family company which holds the title as the largest beer distributor in the world (and like A-B distributor counterpart Ben E. Keith also owns a foodservice distributor) officially closed on Dearing Beverage Company based in Winchester, Virginia, on Friday. Reyes bought the company through its contiguous territory distributor, Premium Distributors, run by Jimmy Reyes and John Zeltner. The deal includes about a million cases of Miller, Boston, Pyramid, Magic Hat and
