Report: ABI – Modelo Deal May Be in Jeopardy

Dear Client:The US Department of Justice's Antitrust Division is "lining up lawyers who may want to block AB InBev's purchase of Modelo," says Bloomberg news citing TheCapitolForum. The report says the DOJ is "unlikely to approve deal in its current state" and ABI "may have to do more or different divestitures" to satisfy the government.
