Quality Brands To Take Over RNDC’s Ops in the Plain States

Dear Client: The deals keep moving for RNDC. Not long after the announcement this morning that Breakthru would acquire RNDC's JVs in Kentucky and Indiana – another one popped up. Indeed, RNDC also shared today that it has entered into a letter of intent with multistate A-B house, Quality Brands, in "a potential transaction" to acquire RNDC’s operations in the Plains States including, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
