Provi and RNDC Reach a Settlement 

Dear Client:  PROVI TO BE ADDED TO RNDC’S BEV ALC ORDERING “DIGITAL CHANNEL”  Several months after filing a notice indicating they’d reached an “agreement in principle” to settle a years-long antitrust case [see BBD 04-25-25], Provi and Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) have formally settled the litigation.
