Project Spice: SABMiller and Diageo’s Secret Plan to Divide S&N

**ALERT**According to early reports in the UK's Financial Times, Diageo and SABMiller have held "detailed discussions" on how best to divide up Scottish & Newcastle. The plan was called "Project Spice". Don't you love the code names given to these plans? But it gets even better. According to the FT, Diageo is code-named "Dill" in discussions, SABMiller is "Sage", and S&N is "Saffron". (It just doesn't get any better than that.
