The margin squeeze that brewers and distributors have been giving off-premise retailers, and the wide price gap that has developed between premium and budget beers, has been affecting premium beer volume.That was the message, loud and clear, that two prominent national retailers gave to a group of distributors at a beer supper BBD sponsored last night at our ranch in San Antonio. After IRI's Bump Williams gave a presentation showing the latest facts and figures, wholesalers and retailers gave a
