Pabst Hires Professional Beer Executive

Dear Client: As BBD first reported yesterday, Pabst Brewing Co. has announced that beer industry veteran John Lennon has been named CEO, effective October 1. Recall that Pabst's former ceo, Kevin Kotecki, had resigned back in May after chief sales officer Abbott Wolfe resigned a month before that, but then Abbott returned after Kevin left. Pabst's board had appointed a steering committee of four senior executives to run the company until a replacement is found: general counsel Yeoryias Apallas, cmo
