Dear Client: Before distributors made their hill climbs yesterday during the annual Legislative Conference, NBWA chief Craig Purser and Board Chair Rebecca Maisel sent them out to battle with a simple directive: Tell your Congress members to extend the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.   And despite the ongoing hand-wringing about Q1 industry trends, Craig and Co. tried to keep it upbeat.  Tariffs potentially stand to make it even harder for consumers to spend money on bev alc (if
