Wow, what a comeback for imports. Shipments for imported beers were up 6.9% in October, bringing YTD-Oct import sales back into positive territory, up 0.2%. The gains were lead by the Netherlands for a change (mostly Heineken), up 21.5%. But Mexican imports, which previously were hot, were down 2.8%, according to the Beer Institute.
