New Trone Oral Arguments Heard

New oral arguments were heard by a completely new panel of judges in the long-running, perpetual, interminable, infinite Trone case in Maryland (officially TFWS, Inc. v. Peter Franchot, et al). This case has been going on for over ten years, and while oral arguments were already heard back in December, the court ordered a re-hearing with no explanation.
