New Jersey’s Fedway Jumps into Beer with Ritchie & Page Deal

Dear Client:  Yesterday, 9-million case Fedway Associates – one of the nation’s largest wine and spirits wholesalers, and the single largest Surfside distributor --  announced a watershed deal to enter the beer category, via the acquisition of New Jersey Anheuser-Busch house Ritchie & Page. The deal is expected to close early January.
