New Jersey Distributors Drop Suit Against A-B Distributors

The former InBev distributors who were suing Anheuser-Busch, InBev, and New Jersey A-B distributors have dropped their suit against all parties in state court, and have re-filed a complaint in federal court against only Anheuser-Busch and InBev USA.
