Dear Client:Beer Business Daily caught up with A-B chief Dave Peacock yesterday to discuss the reorganization of the field sales, marketing, and branch structure, (reported yesterday by BBD). Dave told BBD that, indeed as we suspected, they have been "working on this awhile. Some of this stuff we've been kicking around for a long time. You come through the ranks and experience things, and when you're in a position to effect some change, you make it happen. There are some
