More Direct Shipping Cases Introduced

Ohio, Garden State join Commerce Clause ClubRobert Epstein, the attorney who apparently has nothing better to do than to file direct shipping cases on behalf of wine consumers who also have time on their hands, has filed two more cases this week in Ohio and New Jersey. Epstein is the attorney who started the Indiana direct shipping case on behalf of the cartoonist who writes the Garfield comic.
