Molson Coors Ceases Operations of Saint Archer, Sells its San Diego Brewery to Kings & Convicts

Dear Client: Today Molson Coors is announcing that it will "cease operations" of Saint Archer brewery, and remove the brand from the retail marketplace. Production will be discontinued immediately with the intention to sell through all existing inventory.  Saint Archer's brewery and taproom in greater San Diego, California will be sold to Kings & Convicts Brewing Company, which acquired Ballast Point in late 2019.  However, Tenth & Blake VP Paul Verdu says they'll maintain ownership of the Saint Archer brand.
