Miller Seeks Injunction Against A-B

It's getting ugly out there. Miller Brewing Company is seeking a preliminary injunction in Wisconsin's Eastern District Federal Court against Anheuser-Busch, asking a judge to order A-B and its distribs to cease and desist placing stickers on Miller products and POS. In response to the filing, A-B has agreed not to place stickers on Miller products or POS, and instruct distributors to remove stickers. Miller also seeks damages.
