Miller Distributor Wins $1.6m Verdict

An Arkansas Miller distributor won a $1.6 million verdict after spending two years uncovering an alleged conspiracy by Miller Brewing Co. Ed Roleson Jr., Inc. filed a complaint after the distributor attempted to buy Carlson and Marotti Distributors, Inc., in 1999, and Charles Campbell and Sons in 2001. Roleson's attorneys said they uncovered "secret" Miller documents called the "White Papers", which allegedly proved that Miller tried to force consolidation of distributors.
