Lots of State Three-Tier Action

There was three-tier legal action a'plenty over the holidays that we thought you should be up to speed on. First, in Kentucky, the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Christmas Eve that it upholds an earlier decision that struck down Kentucky's law prohibiting wine shipments from out of state.
