Dear Client:MillerCoors has dropped out of the California Beer and Beverage Distributors Association as an associate supplier member yesterday. That comes on the heels of large NorCal MillerCoors distributor DBI dropping out of the association. Lots of tit-for-tat going on as CBBD has taken a strong stand that has rubbed MillerCoors wrong.
