DPL responds to reader letters.Sir,Here's our deal....we have been doing "bulk delivery" by using the big over-the-road trailers and dropping the pallets (even with a lift gate where needed), but everything else about our bulk delivery is inefficient.  We staff it with high priced talent (2 guys of our best guys on each of the 2 bulk routes = 4 guys) and the tractor-trailers (2) go with them from stop to stop.  They do about 3-4 big stops a day, spending
