It appears that the inevitable is about to happen. Even before A-B's board announced that it has rejected InBev's $65 per share bid because it "financially inadequate and not in the best interests of A-B shareholders," InBev sent yet another letter to A-B's board, putting them on notice that they are seeking clarification from a court in Delaware, where A-B is incorporated, that they are able to unseat all of A-B's board, not just some of it.
