Latis Sells to Bavaria N.V.

Dear Client:Dutch brewer Bavaria N.V. has acquired Latis Imports, a U.S.-based specialty beer importer of Belgian beers, including PALM and Rodenbach.Recall that Bavaria acquired Palm Belgian Craft Brewers (PBCB) in May 2016 [see BBD 05-12-2016]. Now Bavaria is moving ahead with its international expansion strategy by acquiring the U.S. importer of beers in the PBCB portfolio.
