Latest Scans: Leprechauns Came Late for Beer

Dear Client: The latest scans for the week ended 3/23 are in, inclusive of the actual St. Patrick's Day holiday. As we'd predicted last week, after beer's dismal showing for the week ended 3/16 (which was just before the actual holiday), the other bookend of the holiday has smoothed things out a bit: Beer dollars were flat for the latest week, which outpaced the overall -1% bev alc trend.
