Latest Beer Scans “Surprise”

Dear Client:  Since the start of May, beer has had particularly poor showings in Circana scans, with dollars declining no less than 2% week after week, and volume dropping no less than 4%. Yet in the latest week to June 15, beer performance was "surprisingly" weak, Circana’s Scott Scanlon called out. Indeed, with a 6.1% decline in dollars during the week and a 7.3% drop in volume, beer performance “surprised by a percent or two,” Scott wrote in issuing the
