Koch: “Have Respect for Your Product”

Lots of issues bandied about by the three heavyweights on a NABCA panel (National Alcohol of Beverage Control Associaton, i.e. the control state regulators). The panel was manned by Joseph Gallo of Gallo Wines and Bill Newlands of Beam Global. And this year we managed to get a beer guy on the panel (I believe August Busch IV was the last beer guy speaking there, not counting yours truly), and what a good showing Jim Koch of Boston Beer Co.
