KC Deal Closes

Break out the BBQ. The deals just keep on closing. Another big distributor deal closed last week, this time in the Midwest. High Life Sales Company of Kansas City has acquired Big Sky Distributors, which was owned by Joe Montana and Tim Pettit. The combined company, which will be named Central States Beverage Co., will have about $70 million in sales and sell about 3.9 million cases in Missouri and 1.1 million cases in Kansas, says Steve Mos, president of
