Judge Dismisses Part of Boening / MBC Case

You'll recall that the Boening family and their two companies, Oak Beverages serving New York City and its boroughs, and Boening Brothers, serving Suffolk County, filed a lawsuit against Manhattan Beer Co. in January, alleging that MBC has engaged in a conspiracy with brewers and importers to strip Boening of its remaining brands.
