KPS Partners announced this morning that indeed it is the one that is buying High Falls and Labatt USA, creating a new company called North American Breweries (NAB). It is also acquiring a perpetual license for the Seagrams Coolers.But here's the money shot. Raquel Vargas Palmer, a Partner of KPS, said, "We intend to continue to grow North American Breweries aggressively, both organically and through acquisition of new brands and exceptional breweries."
