Over seven years ago, Coors Brewing Co. began organizing groups of distributor principles and GMs to form KEG groups (short for Knowledge Exchange Group), which would swap best practices and new ideas with each other. KEG 1, the first group, consisted of large distributor principles from around the country. What is interesting is that this particular KEG group not only exchanged ideas, but they became friends, and eventually the idea came up to band together to create a limited liability
