Dear Client:Globally, ABI flexed its amazing mix/shift/pricing muscles by growing revenue by 5% in 2Q14, with revenue per barrel growing by 4.3%, driven by "revenue management and premiumization initiatives." On a constant geographic basis, revenue per barrel or hecto grew by 4.6%. In the first half, revenue grew by 6.8% with revenue per hecto growth of 4.7% or 5.2% on a constant geographic basis.
